Agriculture and respect for the territory

Terre di Santo Spirito is an organic peasant agriculture project in the heart of south-eastern Sicily.

We dedicate ourselves with passion and care to our centuries-old olive groves. The soul of our organic agricultural holding is the land of Hyblaean Mountains, characterized by a strong vocation for olive-cultivation. This farmland give us an excellent quality product every year: 100% organic EVO oil, cold pressed, rich in aromas with a bright green color and an intense flavour.
