Terre di Santo Spirito born in 1998, when our family decided to give a name to the land that it had cultivated with passion and dedication for over two generations.

The agricultural holding takes its name from the district of the same name in the heart of the Hyblaean Mountains.

Initially it extended for a few hectares, mostly cultivated with arable land, although characterized by the strong presence of olive trees.

Gradually over the years, we have restored the ancient use of those lands, extending the olive groves.

Today the farm extends over 30 hectares, with young olive trees and centuries-olive trees, always respecting the typical cultivars of the area.

A unique territory, largely still intact, foreign to the logic of intensive exploitation, where agriculture still follows the rhythm of nature.

For two generations we have set ourselves the goal of giving you an excellent product, which contains all the flavors and aromas of our land and our history.
